On Sunday 23rd June 2002, club President Derek Febry and spin bowler Cavan Smythe celebrated 50 years of cricket. 50 summers ago they both started playing, resulting in great success for Chipping Sodbury Cricket Club. Now it was time to celebrate their success with an organised match bringing back some faces from the past.
