Final Sessions at Yate
So far the shift to Yate Leisure Centre this year has looked good in respect of the activities and coaching methods which the Sodbury ECB Level 1 cricket coaches have been able to employ.
The Yate sessions will carry on for the U13s and U15s until Saturday 24th April 2004. This week (Easter Saturday) there will be no training at Yate Leisure Centre. This is also the case for the Seniors at Mangotsfield School on Easter Monday.
The U11s/U13s will begin their outdoor nets the following week on Tuesday 27th April 2004 (6pm) at Chipping Sodbury Cricket Club. The U15s will start their outdoor training at Chipping Sodbury Cricket Club on Monday 26th April 2004 at 6pm.
U11 and U17 Cricket Training
The U17s have not begun yet, but will begin cricket training when they meet for the first time on Wednesday 28th April (6pm) at Chipping Sodbury Cricket Club.
The older U11 players have attended some of the cricket training at Yate Leisure Centre, but the younger U11 cricketers will be contacted in the coming weeks about outdoor training, also beginning up at the cricket club. All U11s will begin training on Tuesday 27th April from 6pm.
So if there are any problems in the meantime or you are iinterested in joining the cricket club, then please contact me, Mark Reynolds, CSCC Youth Secretary by clicking on my yellow name below.
