72 Fantasy Cricket Teams Will Battle It Out!

The deadline for Fantasy Cricket entries passed this weekend. We ended up with a stunning total of 72 teams! That means £216 for the club and prizes of £90, £36 and £18 for 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed managers respectively.The selections of all the team managers are shown on the noticeboard up at the cricket club. As you'll see, none other than Steve Bush ended up as being the most popular player with Jon Toghill coming a very close second.
It's all set up now for a very entertaining, and most likely controversial season. There's been a lot of hype about this and the competition finally gets underway with the league games on Saturday 10th May. Remember, Team Managers will be able to make player substitutions from the 7th June following publication of the player list for the second half of the season. Finally, the Fantasy Cricket Leaderboard will be updated, and put up on the noticeboard at the club each week, so keep an eye on it.
