The Gloucestershire Cricket Board, which is responsible for all recreational cricket in the county in partnership with Gloucestershire County Cricket Club, is seeking a new Cricket Development Manager.
For this key role the appointed person will need the ability to manage cricket development throughout the county through the existing budget, by accessing additional funding and by working with all those involved in Gloucestershire cricket from Sports Partnerships and coaches to the first class county, volunteers and clubs.
The successful person will have energy, enthusiasm, good communication skills, including IT capability, and a vision for the development of cricket in Gloucestershire.
