Although this news has come onto the website quite late on, it doesn't take away from the fact that this Bank Holiday Sunday is going to be a monumental day in the club's calendar. Monumental. Very monumental.
The day after what promises to be a very very hard night will see the second outing of Chipping Sodbury CC's Twenty20 tournament, as England, West Indies, South Africa and Australia battle it out on Sodbury's 2 pitches on a sunny sunday in August. First matches at midday.
What an afternoon it'll be with the blacked out sightscreens, the coloured clothing, bouncy castle, a fully stocked bar, BBQ and so much more!
After some amazingly close cricket and lashings of laughter, it will be on to the bar and evening entertainment as an AMAZING band graces the pavilion. Come along at any time during the day for some very enjoyable entertainment. It's gonna be a corker!!!
