Clive And Shieldsy To Go To Lords For NatWest OSCAs

The club's recent NatWest CricketForce efforts have been recognised by the Gloucestershire Cricket Board and the England and Wales Cricket Board, with the club attending this year's NatWest OSCAs at Lords Cricket Ground.
NatWest OSCAs
The NatWest OSCAs are the Outstanding Service to Cricket Awards and were the same awards that Mark Reynolds won in the Young Volunteer of the Year category in 2004. In that year Mark and Jeff Long went to the event.
Clive and Shieldsy attend OSCAs
On Monday 13th October 2008, CSCC's Clive Reynolds and Andy Shield will be attending the NatWest OSCAs as nominees from the Gloucestershire area.
Chipping Sodbury CC was nominated by the GCB for making an outstanding contribution to the 2008 NatWest CricketForce event. And although CSCC is not a finalist we will be amongst a whole room of amazing voluteers from clubs across the country.

NatWest CricketForce is the weekend at the beginning of each season where members, players and supporters from clubs across the country pull together to get their club ready for the season ahead. Keep an eye out for NatWest CricketForce 2009!
Will be a Memorable Day!
The OSCAs will be a memorable event for the CSCC Secretary and Chairman, with a tour of Lords, a 3 course meal and loads more fun! Good luck guys!
