Rich Deane picks up League Cup for Third XI
Last Friday saw 10 Chipping Sodbury Cricket Club players venture to BAWA Sports and Leisure Club on the outskirts of Bristol for the annual Bristol and District Cricket Association Presentation Dinner.
Due to our 3rd XI's memorable 2004 season, captain Richard Deane was on hand to soak up the applause as he collected the team's Bristol and District 'A' XI 2004 Division One Winner's Trophy.
Deano's Army make it one to Remember
A memorable season ended in a memorable way for Deane, picking up the trophy just weeks after finding out that the 3rd XI had been promoted from Bristol and District A' XI Division One into Bristol and District.
2nd XI Division Three
This will line up exciting derbys in 2005 with Frampton Cotterell 2nd XI.
Previous 'A' Teams look to have made themselves a level in Bristol & District 2nd XI Division One, just one division below our own 2nd XI.
