Elliott Braybrooke | Funeral Details
Article Date: 5th June 2009
It is with great sadness that we have to announce the untimely death of one of our youth players.
Elliot Braybrooke unexpectedly passed away on Wednesday 27th May. Our thoughts and best wishes go out to his patents Tim & Jane and his brother Tom, as well as other family and friends.
Elliot was a well liked and respected young man who enjoyed his sport, always enthusiastic, always giving his best and always played the game in the right spirit.
His funeral will be at the Westerleigh Crematorium on Tuesday 9th June at 1pm. All who knew Elliot or would like to show their respects are welcome to attend - the recommendation from Elliott's parents is that any youth attending wear a cricket shirt in acknowledgement of Elliot's love of sport.
If you would like to pay your respects to the family by making a charitable donation, then please can you pass your donation on to Clive Reynolds who will then pass it on to the family.
Sodbury's youth teams held moments of applause to remember Elliot and also the club's five Saturday senior league sides all held minutes silences before their games in remembrance of Elliot.
