Well we've been waiting for a long time and we now need everyone to muck in and do their bit as the new second pitch starts to become more of a part of our club.
From 10am on Saturday 30th September and Sunday 1st October September, work parties made up from all CSCC members will be assembling up at the club to lend a hand, pack away benches, nets, sightscreens and work on the square and pavilion. Hopefully you can lend some time over the weekend, even if it is just a couple of hours. Any help which can be given will make the whole weekend easier and faster.
There has been a good response in past years and the club needs another good one, especially as we have 2 squares now!!
Work needs to be done now to allow us to play on the same standard of ground next year, this can't be done without your help.
If you can't help this weekend then there will be people up at the club during following weekends, so it'd be great if you could come along then. Jeff Long is also planning to do Hillesley's square, so let's club together people!
By the way try and wear some rubbish clothes for the work...that shouldn't be a problem for most of you....
