This year the founder of Chipping Sodbury CC's ever popular CSCC Fantasy Cricket competition is finally handing over the reigns to Rob Scott.
All entrance fees and team details to Rob Scott by 9pm on Sunday 7th May.
After a few years Dave Reynolds has put the finishing touches to Fantasy Cricket 2006's preparation and now it's over to Rob. So loads and loads of thanks to Dave for setting up what has turned out to be a great competition which will hopefully be around for many years to come.
Please can everyone do their best to help Rob as he makes his mark on the competition. Trying to get the entry fee and completed forms to Rob is really important and it’s your job to get them to him not his job to get them from you!
We really would like everyone to take part it'll make it a great comp if everyone gets involved!!
You can get forms and all the info you need from the main notice board at CSCC. Every year you usually have the chance to register your team online. This year we also hope to do the same but obviously there's not long left before the deadline! When the forms etc do eventually go live on the CSCC website you need to act fast!! And then get the money to Rob Scott.
Without the money by the cut off date, your team will be as worthless as a bat in the hand of....Joe Bloggs….[ED - tried to think of anyone at CSCC who wouldn't mind having the mick ripped out of them for being rubbish at batting, but couldn't think of anyone]....
Many thanks go to Rob Scott for agreeing to take on Fantasy Cricket 2006. Make sure you help him along folks and I'm sure this year's comp will be another great success!!
How to Enter
The competition can be entered either on the internet (hopefully!!) or by using hard copy entry forms.
Entry fees of £5 per team (cash or cheque) should go to Rob Scott by the entry deadline. Cheques should be made payable to CSCC and must have the name of the team to which the payment relates written on the reverse.
Prizes
1st place – 15% of all entrance fees
2nd place – 10% of all entrance fees
3rd place – 5% of all entrance fees
Manager of the Month (May to August inclusive) - £10
