It Was Ladies Night And Oh What A Night!

You may have heard that on the Friday before last, Chipping Sodbury CC had one amazing night and no blokes were allowed to attend, which made it all the more entertaining. It was ladies night and it was an absolute scream!
25 women + Chris Young (safely tucked behind the bar!) sang out their little hearts and boogied to some classic ABBA!
They crowned their very own Dancing Queen and Jodi Soper was the obvious choice!
Quite a few drinks were consumed and a lot of the ladies had fuzzy heads on Saturday but it was well worth it! Rumours are that Sue Soper was desperate for the 1st XI match, for which she was scoring, to be called off on the Saturday; but no such luck as she struggled her way through the afternoon with her ABBA hangover!
The girls were brilliant - it was a cunning way for Jules and Sarah to celebrate their birthdays so there was birthday cake and flowers too!
Sarah wants to thank everyone who came and joined in with such enthusiasm!
