Most of you I hope have been aware that over the past 8 months members of CSCC and other visitors to this website have been raising some great money for our club. Thanks to all of you who have focused on using the service to raise money for CSCC.
So how did we raise money?
The service worked by this website sending our visitors to another website. On that website was a host of links to big high street shops and online stores. When we spent money with those shops a part of that money came our way.
Sounds good, so can we still use it?
No and yes. We have now split from the company providing this service and brought these fund raising methods directly onto this website. This has been done to gain more control and to try and get a lot more revenue from this service.
So what does that mean?
Well the new CSCC shop is called Shop 'n Raise and you can find it by clicking on the diagonal strip which at the moment is at the top right hand corner of every page on the CSCC website.
When you get to the Shop 'n Raise page you will see a whole list of great high street names and online stores. By clicking on one of these links and then buying something from that website in the same visit (not always the case, sometimes you just have to sign up to a service) then a proportion of the money spent will come to CSCC.
WOWZERS!! Sounds good!!
It does require a bit of thought though folks. When you and others buy anything on-line it needs to be at the front of your mind that you might be able to buy it through this website. So make sure your first step is to visit CSCC Shop 'n Raise first before you go anywhere else!!
Our shop can open your eyes to a wealth of stores that maybe you hadn't looked at before. By buying through this website you can help to provide a better cricketing future for children and adults in this area.
Click the strip and Shop 'n Raise!!
While you're at it, add the Shop 'n Raise page to your favourites, so it's even easier to get to it.
