Say NO To New Homes On The Sodbury Ridings Playing Fields

Thanks to 136 people for joining the "Say NO to New Homes on the Sodbury Ridings Playing Fields" Facebook group!
You may or may not have heard this news, but there have been rumours (which at the moment are just that!) that from 3000 new homes planned for the Yate and Sodbury area, that some of them will be built on the Sodbury Ridings playing fields.
Not the best news!
Of course this isn't great for cricket and the other sports on the Sodbury Ridings and so CSCC website creator Mark Reynolds thought he'd spread the word and get support for the NO vote by creating a Facebook group and spreading the news! It was pretty surprising at seeing the speed at how the group spread and after only a few days 136 people has addded their support!!...from MP Steve Webb to Aussie cricket star Dan Clarke!
