View The Housing/Supermarket Plans For Chipping Sodbury

In case you've missed it, the plans for new housing in Chipping Sodbury (between Wickwar Rd car park and quarry) have been available on the developer's website for a while. The project has had a warm response from the public.
The main aspects of the development are a new Waitrose foodstore and mews of small-scale shops linking the main site with the High Street, improvements to the Town Centre Car Park, and around 200 houses.
What happens next?
Stakeholder consultation will be ongoing as the proposals continue to take shape with the input of the results from further analysis. Building on continuing technical studies, an Environmental Assessment is being undertaken to underpin forthcoming planning applications and to ensure that the development is sympathetic to the environment.
